Q: How long does the process take to complete?
A:Each situation is different for every client but we typically complete the sale process within a 3 week period.
Q: Do I have to move out immediately?
A:We can exchange contracts and delay completion to suit you giving you the peace of mind to move in a timescale to suit you
Q: I have an inherited property can I sell it to you?
A:Yes. We specialise in dealing with estates in probate. If you have become the legal owner of the property we certainly can buy your property immediately.
Q: My property is in poor condition would you still buy it?
A:Yes. We buy properties regardless of condition but do ask our clients to be as honest as possible regarding the condition of the property
Q: I require complete confidentiality is this possible?

Q: Do you buy land?
A:Yes absolutely we are interested in all viable land opportunities
Q: Are there any hidden fees involved?
A:No. There are no fees to you whatsoever this means we also cover your legal fees.
Q: What type of properties do you buy?

Q: Is there lots of paper work for me to complete?
A:At Any Property Wanted we aim to make the process as straight forward and hassle free as possible which means we handle the majority of the administration from start to finish.
Q: I am currently in arrears with my mortgage lender and facing repossession can you help in this circumstance?
A:Yes if you act quickly we can buy your home and stop any pending repossession proceedings.
Q: How much will I get for my property?
A:We pay up to 85% of the real market value of the property. Unlike other companies we will not make false claims of offering 100% of real market value of your property.
