Selling a property can feel overwhelming. Who do you trust? Will they keep their promises? Will the sale actually complete? These are fair questions, and you should be completely comfortable with the answers before you sell. Here is how we work, and the principles we hold ourselves to on every purchase.
We are local
We keep things simple. We are West Midlands based, we know the local market, and we only buy in the region. That means no inaccurate online appraisals from a desk hundreds of miles away — we would much rather meet you in person to understand your situation and give you a more personal service. Everyone’s circumstances are different, and we treat them that way.
No last-minute changes — what we offer is what you are paid
We act with integrity and transparency. If you accept our initial offer, we instruct a RICS surveyor to value your property formally, at our cost, so the figure is accurate and fair. We then confirm a formal offer, and if you are happy to proceed, that is the amount you receive — not a penny less. Our price promise means no last-minute reductions on the day of exchange, a tactic some buyers in this industry rely on.
You pay no fees
We cover the costs, from the RICS survey through to the legal fees. The offer you accept is the amount that reaches you.
If you decide not to go ahead, we leave you be
Selling is a big decision, and the right answer is not always a sale to us. We will point you toward the best option for your circumstances, even if that means not selling to us at all. If you decide against it, we will not keep chasing you for business — we respect your decision.
We respect your privacy
We understand how important your privacy is. Every conversation is completely confidential, and we never sell your details or pass them on for marketing. For the full detail of how we handle your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Simple, honest and helpful
These are the principles behind everything we do. We will not baffle you with jargon, and we instruct an independent solicitor to act for you who is on hand to answer any questions in confidence. Put simply, we play it fair and square.
